By creating an account or using MAKI, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. THE SERVICE

MAKI is an AI platform that learns from user interactions and node contributions. You earn credits by running the MAKI node on your devices. Credits may be redeemed for platform features as defined by MAKI at its discretion.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 13 years or older to use MAKI. One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. NODE USAGE

By running the MAKI node, you contribute computational resources to the MAKI network. You agree that:

• The node will use your device's CPU/GPU resources while running
• You have the right to run software on the device being used
• You will not attempt to manipulate or falsify node hours or credits

5. CREDITS & REWARDS

Credits earned through node activity and referrals have no cash value. MAKI reserves the right to adjust credit values and redemption options. Credits are non-transferable.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Creating fake accounts or falsifying node activity
• Using the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Sharing your account credentials with others

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. DISCLAIMERS

MAKI is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or continuity of credit/reward programs. Use at your own discretion.

9. CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
